FenyaJobCards was designed to provide an automated and efficient field service tool for those companies that
service mission critical equipment on-site. FenyaJobCards consists of two components:
- The call centre component:
- This is a Windows application that is directly integrated into Pastel Accounting
- Key Features are:
- Customer details are available directly from Pastel Accounting and are loaded into the 'Call'.
- Any available technician can be assigned to the call with prioritization.
- Details of the call are selected from a list.
- Additional details like customer order no and special remarks intended for the technician can be added.
- Customers can be linked to an SLA.
- When the call is assigned, the technician is SMS'ed and the call details sent to his/her laptop/mobile device.
- A history of all calls is available for reporting purposes.
- The status of the call is available to the call-centre and management in real-time.
- When the call is completed, management are able to view the signature of the person who signed of the call and can then authorise the call and post the details to Pastel Accounting as a customer invoice.
- The technician component:
- The technician may use a mobile device or a laptop to deal with the job card.
- All the necessary Pastel Accounting data is sychronized with the device and includes customer details, inventory items, pricing, travel, labour and SLA details.
- When the job is started and notification is sent back to head office.
- Actions and repairs are selected from a predefind list.
- Parts used, labour and travel are selected from a list that originates in Pastel Accounting.
- Odometer details can be captured.
- Specific head office actions can be recorded.
- On completion of the job the customer can review the details of the job and is then requested to sign off the job by signing on the screen or pad.
- All the job details are then sent back to head office.
